Neil joined Lincoln almost 30 years ago and has been involved in all areas of tooling, product design and moulding over that time.

His extensive experience in manufacturing spans 37 years. He is the first contact for all quotations and is a senior member of the design team.

Neil presides over the company’s AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and is technical adviser for all manufacturing and tooling processes.
