Bernie Dare – Costings Manager
The son of the late founder of Lincoln Plastics, Mr Des Dare, Bernie commenced his career with a trade qualification in Fitting and Turning and joined the company in 1978. Bernie started at Lincoln Plastics in the Toolroom and has gained invaluable experience in all facets of the organisation’s operations over the ensuing years. He is a director of the firm and remains the sole family member of either of the two owners (Mr M H Brown and Mrs M O Dare) involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
