Malcolm Fisher - Production Manager

Malcolm commenced his career with a trade qualification in Fitting & Machining and spent 24 years in the steel industry. He has extensive experience in management and production scheduling and has gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of plastic injection moulding since joining Lincoln in 1998. Malcolm embraces the company’s philosophy of continual improvement and is always on the lookout to realise greater efficiencies in production methods and the implementation of operational improvements.
